Why on earth would you make a series about the Dutch police set in the Netherlands ... but with English-speaking actors?!?!

Does not add anything new. It is not logical that filming takes place in the Netherlands and everyone speaks English, even the small supporting role of an addict in episode 2. Does not look pleasant, predictable and nowhere really exciting or surprising. Notice that I had already stopped it twice and looked further again. That says enough. Three episodes is enough.

I have seen the first episode on the NPO. I had expected a Dutch series, but this really turns out to be a series with English actors who mainly play Dutch people. I thought this was a bit strange, but the story of the 1st episode was good. I will watch a few more episodes in the summer to see how this series will continue.

That's strange, because even on ITV (the original channel) there are only 2 known. But you may have seen the older version from the 1970s, which was made for 5 seasons. This series is loosely based on that.
