Dragon Ball Chou is een Japanse animeserie van de zender Fuji TV. De serie ging in première op 5 juli 2015.
Nu Majin Boo een half jaar eerder werd verslagen, keert de vrede terug naar de aarde, waar Son Goku (nu een radijsboer) en zijn vrienden nu een vredig leven leiden. Er verschijnt echter een nieuwe dreiging in de vorm van Beerus, de God van de vernietiging. Beerus wordt beschouwd als het meest angstaanjagende wezen in het hele universum en staat te popelen om de legendarische krijger te bevechten die wordt gezien in een profetie die decennia geleden is voorspeld en bekend staat als de Super Saiyan-god. De serie vertelt de gebeurtenissen uit de twee Dragon Ball Z-films, Battle of Gods en Resurrection 'F', alvorens verder te gaan met een origineel verhaal over de verkenning van alternatieve universums.

Dragonball Z started out fun, but got very boring and monotonous at some point. Just watch every series / movie in its original spoken language, nothing dubbing. Then we instantly become like Germany and France who have never heard of subs: P Terrible.

I didn't think the cinema film Battle of Gods was that great so I don't have too high expectations of the new series I'm not exactly devastated by the new character Beerus and Whis now Vegeta, Gohan, Goten and Trunks must also become ssjg and soon do ssjg goku and ssjg vegeta again a ssjg fusion and then easily defeat Beerus and then 11 other gods even stronger than the previous one do not know if this was such a good idea to make a new series. Dragonball, Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT were the original series what dragonball super will also be, as good as dragonball and dragonball z it will never be.

Well officially GT wasn't one of the original series and they didn't involve the creators of Dragonball and Z. That is why they have now continued after Buu. Mystic Gohan and SS4 etc don't actually exist in this storyline. And right you are, I also wonder whether this was the best step. It is basically the same as in a 3-part series to remove the last film and put a new one in its place. Well, we should wait and see.
