Duster is a stylish crime series by JJ Abrams, set in dusty Arizona in 1972. Josh Holloway plays a hardened driver who gets caught up in the plans of an ambitious FBI agent (Rachel Hilson). The series mixes retro style, exciting action and sharp dialogues into an energetic rollercoaster ride. Visually impressive and with strong leading roles, although some storylines are a bit thin. Still, Duster is mainly just fun to watch: a fresh, pulpy nod to classic crime films.
