Entourage
Entourage is een Amerikaanse comedyserie van HBO. De serie ging in première op 18 juli 2004.
De serie Entourage volgt de opkomende filmster Vincent Chase, zijn twee jeugdvrienden en zijn halfbroer bij hun overgang van New York City naar Los Angeles en de ontwikkelende carrière van Chase aldaar. Vincent Chase beleeft zijn doorbraak met de film Head On, waarin hij samenspeelt met Jessica Alba. Zijn tweede film is Queens Boulevard van de excentrieke regisseur Billy Walsh. Vervolgens krijgt Vincent Chase de hoofdrol naast Mandy Moore in de big-budget film Aquaman, een verfilming door James Cameron van het gelijknamige stripboek. In het vierde seizoen werken Vincent en "E" weer samen met Walsh als producers van de film "Medellin": het levensverhaal van de drugsbaron Pablo Escobar.

You can tell here that this is the story about friendship. About connection when things don't go well. About sharing your successes and always staying humble. But Entourage can best be summarized in two words… Arie. gold. You do switch to Barcelona, but actually you look for the inimitable movements of Messi, you do go to that The Roots concert, but everyone knows that they are only there for the off beat solo of Questlove and you watch Entourage , but if it was episode after episode of Arie Gold's eloquent 30-minute diatribe against all that is sacred in this world, you'd be more than happy to do that, too.

Took some time to get into the characters of Drama and Ari Gold, 2 seasons later I find these actors by far the most entertaining and fun to watch. Fantastic!

I'm also waiting for something new from this TOP series. And... I'm just going to rewatch it from start to finish soon. You already know the characters very well and I think you can appreciate the first episodes again.

... and then suddenly it was over! A good ending in itself. I think it could have gone on for seasons, but it wouldn't be really innovative anymore. Still, I'm going to rewatch the series from start to finish. And that says enough!

Hey, Ari is really crazy. The man who is being persecuted is also called Ari and is known in Hollywood for his foul language. He has filed a lawsuit because the Ari in the series looks very much like him. That man is crazy! Coming soon with season 6! Ari Gold (the character) is indeed a corruption of the real person Ari Emanuelson, who is a major Hollywood agent. Emanuelson is indeed known for his temperament and activity, but he himself agreed to lend his name to that role. Virtually every actor and producer on the show has worked with him or is still his client. So it's not like he sued the show. He's even proud that they used him for the show.
