Extramy

Extramy is a Belgium reality program which aired on VTM GO. The series premiered on June 10, 2023.

In 'Extramy', Amy Sonck steps out of her comfort zone. Each episode, she plunges into a different extreme sport and only gets one day to learn it. For this, she can count on the help of six professional athletes. From kickboxer Carlos Schram to motocross riders Stefan and Liam Everts. At the end of each episode, she throws everything into the fight for a tough challenge or tough fight against the professional.
