Families XXL is a Belgium reality program which aired on VTM. The series premiered on March 30, 2024.

It is sometimes said that little children, small worries, big children, big worries. But what if you have to care for 6, 9 or even 13 children? Family person and mother of three Stephanie Planckaert looks inside six large families, each with at least five children. How do they arrange their lives and what is involved?
