This spin-off is well made, but I miss the warm sympathy I immediately felt for Maggie, Rick, Darryl and Hershel from TWD ... but so for some reason the characters from FTWD just don't affect me. . Sometimes I even support the walkers, because I get so annoyed by the unstable way some characters (Madison and Victor to name but two) behave. And let's face it, isn't that why The Walking Dead is so good? Because of the strong characters, their characters and how they evolve?

Entertaining so far, nothing more. I see it going in the same direction in the third episode as the TWD. I therefore don't think the series can remain interesting for long.
okay starting to get more and more interested. they just shouldn't stretch it because that's how I get the feeling. we all keep watching because we know how good twd is and this series can only get better
Well .... A case of the wrong order I think. They should have started with "FTWD". Building suspense. As a Spinn-off, TWD would have fitted the Chronology even better and would have been able to build on the storyline, possibly with a single crossover or something. As others say, "Now it's a redundant story"!
am glad they started with twd and not ftwd because twd made a hit and don't know if ftwd would have succeeded. just still think twd is the best of the 2 and not because I know what is going to happen in ftwd but because they are already making the series slow that twd is now having problems with stretching episodes.
If it ain't right, it just ain't right, huh. That's not to say it can't get good, but that doesn't mean you can't judge a first episode for what it is. If it turns into a lot of negative reactions, it will have logical reasons.
The second episode was again nice, better than the pilot. Because all the mandatory introduction happened in the previous episode, there was a bit more room for the plot to continue. The scene in the school and that one piece with those neighbors at the end were strong moments. I'm already starting to get an idea of which way the series wants to go.
I liked the first episode. Clear structure, good introduction of the main characters, sometimes a bit on the slow side and certainly not as intense as the first episode of The Walking Dead. I am curious about what the rest of the season will bring.
