First Time Flippers

Jean and her niece Elizabeth have worked together for years as land surveyors, and they have decided that their teamwork is strong enough to tackle their first house flip. While they start out optimistic, they realize they might have bitten off more than they can chew by flipping a house AND a small cottage on the same lot. As things continue to go wrong at every turn, these ladies begin to doubt if they will ever finish their project.
