Cobra Kai Actor Joins Season 5 of For All Mankind

A familiar face from Netflix series Cobra Kai has been cast for the fifth season of the Apple TV+ series For All Mankind.
Created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi, the final season of For All Mankind has launched the series into the new millennium. In the eight years since season three, Happy Valley has rapidly expanded its footprint on Mars by turning former enemies into partners.

It is now 2003, and the space program is focused on capturing and mining highly valuable, mineral-rich asteroids that could change the future of both Earth and Mars. But simmering tensions among the inhabitants of the now-expanding international base threaten to undo everything they have been working toward.

In a recurring role, Barrett Carnahan (pictured) will play Marcus, a recent high school graduate living on Mars. Carnahan joins a growing cast that includes Mireille Enos, Costa Ronin, Sean Kaufman, Ruby Cruz and Ines Asserson.

Wolpert and Nedivi are the showrunners for season five. They are executive producing alongside Moore and Maril Davis of Tall Ship Productions, David Weddle, Bradley Thompson, Seth Edelstein and Kira Snyder.

Carnahan recently played a younger version of John Kreese (Martin Kove) in the Netflix series Cobra Kai, which concludes its sixth and final season in 2025. He reunited with Karate Kid sequel creators Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg in the series Obliterated, which is also on Netflix. Carnahan is perhaps best known as Jake Riordan on Peacock's One of Us Is Lying and Derek Turner on Freeform's Cruel Summer.
