Helden van het internet is a Belgium reality program which aired on Play4. The series premiered on May 8, 2023.

'Heroes of the Internet'. This is the name of the new Play4 programme in which reporter Eric Goens searches for the 'heroes' behind high-profile statements on social networking sites. With the program, Goens breathes new life into a much-discussed section from 'Karen & De Coster'.

Trolls, dirt sprayers and other ill-mannered people who make life difficult for others. Those who open social media do not have to search long for negative comments, often at least as high-profile as they are controversial, and as polarizing as hateful.
