Helden van Hier: De Kust is a Belgium reality program which aired on VTM. The series premiered on May 2, 2021.

Every summer, the population on the coast of Ostend doubles. Lifeguards, doctors and ambulance workers, police and firefighters work with all their might to keep the coast safe. "De Kust" follows the ins and outs of these various emergency services. How did they experience those summer months on the Belgian coast in 2020?
