Helstrom cancelled, no second season for the Hulu series

Even though a lot of the evil wasn't conquered yet, Daimon and Ana no longer seem to have a job. Hulu has decided to cancel the series after only one season.

Helstrom is based on characters from the Marvel comics. Tom Austen, Sydney Lemmon, Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, Ariana Guerra, June Carryl and Alain Uy portrayed a character in the series. Daimon (Austen) and Ana (Lemmon) Helstrom are descendants of a mysterious and powerful serial killer. By working together, they track down the worst of humanity. They both have a different attitude and skillset, complementing each other.

The ten-episode first season premiered on the 16th of October in 2020. The cancellation of Helstrom means the end of live-action series that were produced by Jeph Loeb's Marvel Television. In December, it was reported that there would be no more series from the Loeb group.

Hoewel Helstrom dus is afgelopen zitten er nog genoeg Marvel-series in de pijplijn bij een andere streamingsdienst; Disney+. Afgelopen week werden er elf nieuwe Marvel televisieserie aangekondigd.
