Het Leven.doc

Het Leven.doc is a Belgium talk show which aired on VRT NU. The series premiered on December 23, 2020.

Thomas Huyghe takes matters into his own hands and creates 'Het Leven.doc', an eight-part talk show in which he talks with famous Flemish people about the do's and don'ts of life. He pours those life lessons into a well-arranged Word document; a life guide for a new generation.

In 'Life.doc' Thomas discusses three themes per episode, twenty-four chapters in total. 'Flirting', 'puberty', 'household', 'aging', 'dancing', 'applying a job' and 'swimming' are just a few of the chapters that come up, and will therefore eventually end up in the guide. Thomas does not write his Word document alone. He is assisted in every episode by psychotherapist and actress Katrin Lohmann and writer Johan Sebastiaan Stuer. And he asks advice from more than 30 other well-known Flemish people: Jelle De Beule, Mieke De Groote, Jani Kazaltzis, Chrostin, Jennifer Heylen, Jonas Geirnaert, Charlotte De Bruyne, Bart Cannaerts, ...
