In a word: delicious. Of course Zoë Kravitz is so incredibly beautiful that you would even watch her read from the telephone directory, but she is also a classy, empathetic actress who really makes every role her own. In High Fidelity she is a much teased shopkeeper who loves music and is looking for love with the capital letter L. She always seems to miss it and wants to know why. It was literally the series highlight of my October month, that flu day on the couch, under a blanket and with the cup of chamomile tea + honey next to me, binge watching the first seven episodes of High Fidelity. It made me happy at a time when I felt anything but happy. I can't wait for the last two episodes. One every Friday, because Starzplay is not like Netflix. They only solve new series with one episode at a time. Shit, that's so 1990's, isn't it !? Bowie is dead. Long live David Bowie! Yes, a lot of Bowie in the soundtrack.
