I don't think this is a new series at all, but a re-run of https://www.mijnserie.nl/high-maintenance/ from 2012. Same protagonist ... and same nonsense. In the 2012 series, the duration of the episodes and channel are incorrectly listed on mijnserie.nl.

I think you are mistaken here. Maintenance (2012) was broadcast on Vimeo with 6 minute episodes. HBO has bought the rights and asked the producer to make new 30-minute episodes. It is also seen by HBO as a new series (http://www.hbo.com/high-maintenance) plus a few new actors are present, but the idea, story and lead actor are indeed exactly the same.

That could of course be, but then it is incorrectly indicated in various places on the internet. For me it makes very little difference whether the episodes last 6 or 30 minutes because I already dropped out halfway through the pilot because I thought it was so good.
