Wanneer haar vriend Roger en een aantal andere kinderen vermist raken, gaat Lyra op reis om ze terug te brengen. I have read the books and think this film adaptation is fantastic. They really make the book come to life. I had to get used to the girl who plays Lyra (she didn't quite match how I imagined her in the book) but she's doing really well. You really see her grow in the role. The special effects are great. And also a shoutout to the intro. It is really Game of Thrones level. I am very curious about season two.

Calm but beautiful series. The CGI was excellent, especially how realistic the dæmons were. The story was largely well put together. Occasionally a bit lethargic but otherwise not boring. I haven't read the books either, but the series was still easy to follow.

There is a long period between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3 and I feared that I would lose the thread, but fortunately that is not the case. Season 3 is easy to follow. I have now seen the available four episodes and I still think it is very nice. Good story, beautiful music and excellent actors. And I think the cinematography is beautiful.

Nicely conceived series that was originally written and reminds me of the Harry Potter films. In any case, exciting with all kinds of strange figures and beautiful spectacular special effects. I have not read the books, but I certainly want to work on this in the future. Many well-known and unknown actors and actresses whose acting can certainly be seen. This series will keep you glued to the screen.
