Homeland season 3 was crap. Season 4 is amazingly good! better than the first three seasons combined! What a thrill!

Luckily, season 4 makes up for what seasons 2 and 3 left behind. After the first season of Homeland, I was lyrical. It could not believe that after the first season, Brody was no longer seen as the protagonist, but that they moved on with Carrie. Season 2 and 3 were downright bad. It didn't interest me at all. It took a long time before I could commit to start season 4. But once in season 4, I couldn't stop watching. At the end of each episode I HAD to watch the next episode. With season 4 they have again delivered the top work they started with season 1. Personally, I hope that there will be no 5th season, just to be able to end this series with a good feeling.

With the season finale of season 3, they now have the option to reboot the series. The last two seasons were unfortunately way too much to criticize. I understand that people think that a 'Dextertje' is lurking. Showtime often fails to deliver series with a constant level and that is clearly visible in Homeland and especially Dexter. The quality is there before and behind the scenes so I'm curious if they can make another season that can approach the quality of the first season.

Season 1 is fun to watch, season 2 is yet to be done, but season is really nothing to watch. If you've already seen series like Breaking Bad, Dexter and Prison Break, Homeland is really crap...

I don't watch this series, they say this is a nice series, but I have no idea. I don't like this. I did check it with my uncle in New Zealand, but the power went out. and there was a tornado so I couldn't see much. and I didn't follow it anymore either.
