Jennifer Jason Leigh (Atypical) has been cast for a lead role in the second season of Hunters (2020). It is not yet known whether or not Al Pacino will return. Leigh will portray Chava in
the second season of
Hunters (2020). She is a top Nazi hunter. She will join Logan Lerman (
Jack & Bobby) and Jerrika Hinton (
Grey's Anatomy), who also portrayed a character in the first season. Al Pacino (
Angels in America) was also part of the first season but it is currently not known if he'll return for the second. The creators also haven't revealed what the story of the second season is going to revolve around.
The first season revolves around a group of active nazi hunters in New York in 1977. They discover that hundreds of Nazi's came to the USA in order to build their 'Fourth Reich'. The participants of 'the hunt' want to end that. The series was created by David Weil (
The Twilight Zone (2002)), he will also serve as showrunner for the second season. Jordan Peele (
Big Mouth) will serve as executive producer.
