Nice documentary in which Idris Elba will train for a real fight in Muay Thai boxing. Together with Warren Brown, known from the Luther series, he travels to Bangkok and Amsterdam, where he learns the tricks of the sport and is prescribed a Spartan training. Eventually he competes in the ring against an Amsterdam fighter from Mike's gym.
