iZombie renewed, Heart of Dixie cancelled and The Messengers still unknown

The CW has renewed its own zombie series for a second season. The medical student Liv who has become a zombie will continue to work at a coroner to eat brains. That means that in the 2015-2016 season ‘iZombie’ will return.

It is a different story for ‘Heart of Dixie. After four seasons this drama series will come to an end. Leila Gerstein the creator of the series tweeted the following about this cancellation: “No one out there loves #HOD more than me. I would have gone 17 years! But I assure you, we prepared for this…(1/2) ...And the finale will be tremendously satisfying to all. (2/2)”

The CW has not said anything yet about the fate of ‘The Messengers’.
