Jorik

Jorik is a Dutch documentary which aired on Prime Video. The series premiered on January 19, 2024.

The documentary provides unique insights into the life of one of the most famous artists in the Netherlands, after he fell from his pedestal while the entire country watched. The series follows Jorik after his arrest for physical abuse of his then fiancée and shows the aftermath of the loss of his career, his friends and access to his son. Jorik and the people around him talk for the first time about the issues at stake, including fame, dysfunctional families, substance abuse and relationship conflicts.
