La fossa

La fossa is a Spanish crime series which aired on TV3. The series premiered on February 16, 2020.

The story takes place mainly in a village in the Penedès region, where David Martos is working on the exhumation of a mass grave from the Civil War that has not been catalogued. The young man believes that his family may be buried there, based on the stories told to him by his grandfather, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, which he doubts are real.
When David is murdered, an investigation begins, led by the Mossos d'Esquadra corporal Andrea Carmona, which will bring to light many secrets that will affect the inhabitants of the village.
