Sixth season Line of Duty has a trailer

We already know when the sixth season is going to start its run on BBC and the BBC iPlayer. We have, however, never seen an actual trailer.

"Now we're sucking on diesel!" The BBC has released the first trailer for the sixth season of the hit series Line of Duty. It appears that AC-12 is going to see a decent amount of excitement, sensation and a lot of questioning. The team has been summoned for a special lengthened season that is scheduled to start its run on BBC and iPlayer on the 21st of March.

Vicky McClure, Adrian Dunbar and Martin Compston will return. Shalom Brune-Franklin is going to be a new addition to the AC-12 team. Kelly Macdonald (Boardwalk Empire) has her debut as Detective Chief Inspector Joanne Davidson, the senior investigating officer in an unsolved murder case who's suspicious behaviour has acquired the attention of the anti-corruption unit.

We will be able to enjoy the exciting police series for seven episodes. The series is directed by Daniel Nettheim, Gareth Bryn and Jennie Darnell.
