After her divorce from tech billionaire John Novak (played by Adam Scott), Molly received an astronomical $87 billion, which launched her on a journey of self-discovery. Now the head of her charitable organization, The Wells Foundation, she seeks to find meaning in her life through philanthropy.
At the end of season two, we saw Molly board her private jet with her loyal assistant, Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster), determined to literally distance herself after tensions with other billionaires over her charitable ambitions and an awkward confrontation with colleague Arthur (Nat Faxon), with whom she has a simmering romantic tension.
Season three picks up the story here and follows Molly's attempts to fulfill her promise: giving away her entire fortune. Meanwhile, her team of eccentric foundation employees continues to provide both humorous and heartwarming moments.
The third season of Loot contains ten episodes and premieres on October 15th, with the first two episodes available. New episodes will then air every Wednesday until December 10th.
