MacGyver to end with its fifth season

This April, MacGyver (2016) is going to end. CBS ended the reboot of the series with the same name from 1985 with its fifth season. The fifth season is going to serve as the final season of MacGyver (2016). Most of the episodes of this season have already aired by now. CBS has decided to cancel the series. The final episode of the series will air on the 30th of April.

Back in 2016, the series originally premiered. This means that the series has run for five years at CBS. Lead actor Lucas Till (Fear Clinic) released the following Instagram post. Here, he also thanked the fans for their trust and the cast and crew for the pleasant working environment. Lead actor Justin Hires also said goodbye to the fans through a social media post.

All good things must come to an end. An amazing 5 years with an incredible cast and crew! Thank you to the loyal and committed fans who watched and supported this show.
