Midsomer Murders is een Britse detectiveserie van de zender ITV. De serie ging in première op 27 maart 1997.
Midsomer Murders speelt zich af in het fictieve Engelse graafschap Midsomer. In de pittoreske dorpjes van Midsomer, die doen denken aan Agatha Christies Miss Marple en haar St. Mary Mead, vinden met enige regelmaat moorden plaats. De moorden en een heel scala aan andere misdaden moeten worden opgelost door de rechercheurs Barnaby en Troy (Barnaby en Scott vanaf serie 7 en Barnaby en Jones vanaf serie 9), die achter de façade van de op het oog idyllische dorpsgemeenschap duiken er dingen op die het daglicht niet kunnen verdragen.

Season 21 part 1 aired Dec 1, the next 3 on Dec 8.15 and Dec 22. However, open subtitles.org already had all four (English) subtitles. Via the torrent site RARBG I have already downloaded all 4 episodes!

Here again the same "TMDB problem" as with Orphan Black: Echoes. The original broadcaster does not have the air dates on its site and so seasons 23 and 24 are blocked and dates cannot be adjusted. TMDB's motivation: "The original network of this series is ITV. So, the dates that should be listed here are the dates of the ITV broadcast. As of today, these episodes have not yet been broadcast on ITV. So, the date field should remain empty, which explain why the field is locked." Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it again...
