Moonbase 8 to premiere at Showtim in early November

The new series Moonbase 8 from Showtime will premiere early November. The network has also released a trailer for the American comedy series.

Moonbase 8 revolves around a group of mediocre astronauts who live in a NASA training environment. They could be chosen to go to the moon, which is something they desperately want. Fred Armisen (Portlandia), Tim Heidecker (Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!) and John C. Reilly (Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule) will portray the lead characters. The actors can be seen in the new series starting from the eight of November, which is when Moonbase 8 will premiere.

Last August, the series was ordered by Showtime. Next to portraying the lead characters in Moonbase 8, Armisen, Heidecker and Reilly have also created the series. Next to that, Jonathan Krisel (Portlandia) was also part of the creation process. Down below, you can watch the trailer for the new series.
