Adolescence has made a significant impact this year. Many schools even use the series as teaching material. Everyone has at least heard about the series, talked about it, or actually watched it. A very well-deserved nomination for this list.

Alien: Earth
I've seen all the Alien films and was very curious about Alien: Earth. I really enjoyed it immensely. An interesting story, good special effects, and strong acting make for an intriguing piece of TV. Certainly a worthy addition to the Alien universe.

American Primeval
A genuine western in the list this year. I haven't seen American Primeval myself, but I read many rave reviews from other MySeries users. Hence the many nominations and its spot on this list.

Black Doves
Since we can nominate series from December 2024 to November 2025, some series seem like they were a long time ago. Like Black Doves. But when I watched this series at the end of last year, I really enjoyed it. A good thriller with Keira Knightley. Worthwhile, and a second season is coming!

Daredevil: Born Again
Daredevil is back from the dead. It's great that Marvel is embracing its Netflix series again. Daredevil: Born Again is not a reinvention but rather continues somewhat from where the previous series left off. And in the coming season, Jessica Jones makes her return as well. I'm really looking forward to it.

Dept. Q
Matthew Goode is a top detective in Dept. Q, trying to solve a cold case. Simple concept, with good execution. As is often the case with this type of series.

Dexter: Original Sin
Dexter: Original Sin, where it all began! It's impressive how Patrick Gibson steps into a role that has already been prominently portrayed by someone else. But he does it very well.

Michael C. Hall is back as Dexter in Dexter: Resurrection. Dexter has been a favorite among many avid series watchers for years. It simply couldn't be missing from this list.

IT: Welcome to Derry
IT: Welcome to Derry is a very good horror series! Well put together and genuinely thrilling. Additionally, the first episode has several completely unexpected twists that give you whiplash. Exactly the intention.

The Pitt
You might think: a hospital series as the best new series. Florals in spring! But this hospital series is really very good. I haven't seen such a good medical series in years. The Pitt is truly worth it.
