Warner Bros. Discovery further expands partnership with Prime Video

HBO Max is now also available in the Netherlands for customers as an add-on subscription via Prime Video Channels.
Following the launch of the revamped HBO Max earlier this year, HBO Max's extensive premium content library is now accessible to even more viewers. Starting today, Prime Video subscribers have the option to subscribe to the HBO Max add-on subscription to enjoy popular series such as The Penguin, House of the Dragon, The Last of Us and upcoming series such as Dune: Prophecy (from Monday November 18) and the new season of The White Lotus (2025).

Also included via the add-on are iconic films such as Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Dune: Part Two, Godzilla x Kong, Twisters, Wonka and Barbie. Furthermore, one gets access to content from Dutch soil with locally produced series including De Frogers: Happy Campers and Jeroen's Abandoned Adventures with Jeroen van Koningsbrugge.

HBO Max costs with Prime Video:

Basic subscription with ads - €5.99 per month
Standard subscription without ads - €9.99 per month
Sports add-on - €5.00 per month (Note: Only available in combination with a Basic or Standard subscription)

The Last of Us

The collaboration between HBO Max Netherlands and Prime Video further builds on an international partnership between Warner Bros. Discovery and Amazon. In addition to the Netherlands, premium Warner Bros. is already available in the U.S., Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, France, Spain and Sweden. Discovery content brought to millions of fans of iconic brands such as HBO, WB Pictures, the DC Universe, Cartoon Network, Discovery, TLC, ID, Eurosport, CNN and many local productions through Prime Video.

Prime Video is a one-stop entertainment destination, offering customers a wide range of premium programming in one application and available on thousands of devices. On Prime Video, customers can find their favorite films, series and documentaries, including the Amazon MGM Studios-produced series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Fallout, Reacher, The Boys, as well as acquired fan favorites Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and The Vampire Diaries.
