I've seen the first episode. Right away I had the idea that the storyline is familiar to me. Just check, but no, it is really a new series. Unfortunately only 1 episode per week. I'm not used to watching like this and waiting for an episode. It looks good, but the feeling remains that I will not be surprised.

I watched the series anyway. That there will be no second season is not a disaster. In my opinion, the story is told and done. Sure there are still some questions at the end. But personally I don't find it interesting enough for another season. I couldn't sympathize with most characters enough for that. All in all, certainly not a high flyer. The series hung from the cliches to the last shot. Just nice enough to cheat anyway.

I've seen the first three episodes. Especially with the first two I really felt that I had seen it before. Even the characters looked familiar to me. I don't know exactly why. In the third episode, the story starts to gain momentum. I am not completely convinced yet, hence for now a meager pass, but I will give it a chance and the grade may then also go up ..

I just read that this series has been canceled: - neXt (2020) (FOX) There is no next one from the FOX science fiction series. The series, which should have been shown in the summer, was postponed to the fall due to the pandemic. It received too few viewers and was already canceled after three episodes. The remaining episode will be broadcast. I'm going to copy him, but like I said I'm not overly impressed. And apparently I was not alone :-)
