Niveau 4

Niveau 4 is a Belgium documentary series which aired on VIER. The series premiered on August 30, 2016.

Since the day of the attacks on Zaventem and the Maalbeek metro station in Brussels, the police of Brussels West have been followed daily by journalist and programme maker Eric Goens. He was exceptionally allowed to register the activities of the Brussels police during this period and across all departments.
