Nood

Nood is a Dutch drama series which aired on BNNVARA. The series premiered on November 30, 2021.

In the new drama series 'EMERGENCY', four dispatchers are confronted with the most extraordinary emergencies that they have to deal with under great pressure. Eleven up-and-coming screenwriters each wrote an independent story in which 112 dispatchers Lieke, Bilal, Joyce and Boudewijn answer callers in telephone conversations that are far from everyday. Conversations that you hope you never have to have in your life, but which are the order of the day for the dispatchers. Always starting with that same routine question: "where is the emergency location?" From the perspectives of the control room and the caller, decisions are made on the spot that can make the difference between life and death. Every conversation is a battle against time.
