Onopgelost volgt professor criminologie Mia van der Linden die een kleine groep studenten uitkiest om cold cases op te lossen. Maar tijdens hun werk komen ze een case tegen die ze plots niet meer mogen onderzoeken van hogerhand. De groep studenten moet sluw omspringen met de wet om gerechtigheid te vinden.

Well put together, makes you curious for a next episode. Nice that a cold case is not solved within 40 minutes. That makes it unrealistic. It runs smoothly. Several loose ends. I am pleasantly surprised.

One of the best Dutch series. I couldn't stop watching. The storyline was good and the actors played really well.

This discontinued series is currently available in Flanders via the paid streaming service "Streamz." It's a Dutch series featuring some Flemish actors, including the always fantastic Veerle Dejaeger. Her presence—and Georgina's, of course—was a mark of quality for me, so I gave Onopgelost a try.
I can't agree with the negative reactions, because the scenarios and cold cases were well-written and developed. I also really enjoyed the pitch, where criminology students help a professor solve cold cases. And the blossoming romance between Jochem and Ninthe was a real plus for me, especially because both actors/characters came across as authentic and realistic. At times, I found them truly endearing and touching, so beautifully portrayed!
In some ways I regret that there wasn't a second season, but on the other hand, sometimes it's better to end on a high note, with a beautifully rounded series.
