Ons huis/nieuw huis is a Belgium reality program which aired on Een. The series premiered in 2023.

In the new One program 'Ons huis/nieuw huis', interior architect Ken and estate agent Kristien compete against each other. They visit - spread throughout Flanders - eight couples who do not (any longer) live in the house of their dreams. For example, Elyne and Lorenz bought a cozy bungalow in Pulderbos when they had two children, but the single-storey house is bursting at the seams now that they have four. Lorenz is in favor of a thorough renovation, but Elyne would rather move to another building with more space. Nele and Dries from Affligem form a newly composed family. Nele prefers to stay in her parental home, which urgently needs a makeover. Dries feels more in favor of moving, a new start for the family.
