Ołowiane dzieci is an Polish drama series which is aired on Netflix. The series premiered on February 11th, 2026.

Jolanta Wadowska-Król is a young doctor living near a factory. She discovers that children in the vicinity of the Szopienice steelworks have lead syndrome, a disease caused by heavy metal poisoning. After this discovery, she does her best to help the sick children, but encounters resistance from the oppressive communist apparatus. This jeopardizes her career and personal safety.
