Sixth season Outlander has entered production

Work on the sixth season of the fantasy series Outlander has started. Last year, the fifth season premiered at Starz. In the meanwhile, work has started on the next season. The cast and crew have set up shop and have started recording material. Down below, you can watch the first behind the screen footage that was released. It is not yet known when the next season is set to release.

The series is based on the books by Diana Gabaldon and it revolves around the life of Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe, H+), a happily married nurse from the year 1945. She suddenly disappears and wakes up in Scotland in the year 1743. She has to learn to survive in an unknown and life-threatening world.
