Phil Kay

Phil Kay (born in 1969) is a Scottish stand-up comedian known for his energetic and improvisational style. He gained fame after winning the 'So You Think You're Funny' competition at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1989 and has since performed at various festivals and on television.
