Pretty Handsome is a American drama series from FX. The serie premiered in 2008.

From Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy comes a new drama pilot based on the life of a family man who realizes he's a transsexual and opts for gender reassignment surgery. The show was originally titled "4oz.". Creator Ryan Murphy says the original title refers to the average weight of a man's penis.
The show is produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Plan B Entertainment.
