I thought the first season was mediocre. It focuses too much on the lead actress's personal situation with endless flashbacks, and there's far too little "action" surrounding the events in the ER itself. Perhaps this will change in season 2, if it ever comes, but I'm afraid it won't. I expected more! I think the show The Pitt is much better and more exciting.

A real series for fans of ER, Chicago Med or Grey's Anatomy with a lot of attention for the personal lives of Abby and her colleagues. I started it because I liked Willa Fitzgerald so much in the first season of Reacher. I had decided not to follow hospital series anymore. It makes me so hypochondriac (grin). But I like this one and the atmosphere is good. Also nice that it is set in Miami, always nice when it is not the eternal LA or New York.
