Jessica Henwick and Ashley Zukerman cast in Silo season three

Apple TV+ has tapped Jessica Henwick and Ashley Zukerman for the sci-fi series' upcoming third season.
Zukerman (pictured left), who played Nate in HBO's Succession, plays Daniel, a young and hungry congressman, while Henwick (pictured right) from Marvel's Iron Fist plays Helen, a wisecracking reporter. The third season of Silo will continue to be led by Graham Yost and will see Rebecca Ferguson return as Juliette, an engineer seeking answers about the murder of a loved one.

At the end of season two, Juliette returned to the silo amid a flashback to modern-day Washington D.C. that could foreshadow the upcoming season's drama. Apple TV+ previously renewed Silo for two seasons so that the series can tell a complete story, based on a trilogy of novels by Hugh Howey.

The mysterious series is set around the last 10,000 people on Earth and their mile-deep home that protects them from the toxic and deadly outside world. No one knows when or why the silo was built, and those who try to find out face fatal consequences.

Silo is produced by Apple Studios and is executive produced by Yost, Howey, Ferguson and Morten Tyldum, who also directs. Nina Jack, Fred Golan, Rémi Aubuchon and Michael Dinner and Joanna Thapa and AMC are executive producers of the second season.

Henwick played the role of Colleen Wing in two seasons of Marvel's Iron Fist and the limited series The Defenders for Netflix. She also played the role in a guest role on Luke Cage. Henwick also appeared as Nymeria Sand in HBO's Game of Thrones and voiced Netflix's Blood of Zeus and Adult Swim's Blade Runner: Black Lotus.

Zukerman played the recurring role of Nate Sofrelli on HBO's Succession and can soon be seen in Netflix's limited series Apple Cider Vinegar starring Kaitlyn Dever and Alycia Debnam-Carey. He also had roles in Apple TV+'s City on Fire, Peacock's Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol and FX's A Teacher on Hulu.

These two were already introduced in the epilogue of the last episode of season 2. They play people who have to do with the creation of the Silos. Season 3 will show more of that I expect.
I'm really curious about it. I don't know that story yet, because I haven't gotten to the books yet :-)
