Star Trek: Discovery is een Amerikaanse sciencefictionserie van de zender Paramount+ (voorheen CBS all Access). De serie ging in première op 24 september 2017.
Het ruimteschip USS Discovery draagt de identificatienummers NCC-1031. De serie Star Trek: Discovery zal zich tien jaar voor Star Trek: The Original Series afspelen, in de "normale" tijdlijn (dus niet in de alternatieve tijdlijn die voor de nieuwe films gebruikt worden). In tegenstelling tot de vorige series in de reeks, zal de hoofdrolspeler niet de kapitein maar een vrouwelijke lieutenant-commander zijn.
