Tales By Light is een Amerikaanse documentaireserie van de zender National Geographic. De serie ging in première op 24 mei 2015.
In maart 2015 besloten Canon Australië en National Geographic een 6-delige serie op te nemen over fotografie. In het eerste seizoen worden vijf fotografen - Art Wolfe, Darren Jew, Richard I'Anson, Peter Eastway, and Krystle Wright - gevolgd. Zij maken bijzondere reizen in de meest extreme omstandigheden en in bijzonder mooie natuurgebieden en vertellen hun verhaal.

Beautiful images, that's what this series is all about and nothing else. You will be presented with that, but otherwise you can safely replace the commentary with your own favorite matching music. There are no instructive moments, no tidbits or useful tips that are given that you could learn something from, but only the image report of a professional photographer who is always looking for the perfect photo all over the world. It doesn't make the whole thing any less beautiful, but still less interesting than a real nature documentary.
