The Life Trail

The Life Trail is a Dutch reality program which aired on Videoland. The series premiered on October 6, 2023.

Eight young people, all with a personal challenge, are given the opportunity to work intensively on themselves. Actors Nasrdin Dchar and Walid Benmbarek are not only part of this group, but also have their own challenges. With Erik Wegewijs as an inspiring guide, they make an adventurous journey through Switzerland, with the ultimate goal of reaching the finish line together.
