Netflix series The One to premiere in March

Soon, the drama series The One will be made available on Netflix. Hannah Ware (The First) will portray one of the lead characters.The One is based on the book by John Marrs and takes place in a world where a DNA test will result in finding the perfect partner. Netflix has announced that the drama series The One is going to premiere on the 12th of March. Next to that, a large portion of the cast has also been announced.

Hannah Ware (The First) will portray Rebecca. She is the ambitious CEO and founder of MatchDNA. Wilf Scolding (The Passing Bells) can be seen as her lover Ethan. Dimitri Leonidas (Riviera) will portray James, the co-founder of the company that connects people to their soulmates. He left the company during its peak. Amir El-Masry (Age Before Beauty) will portray their best friend Ben.

Stephen Campbell Moore (The Last Post) can be seen as Damian, one of the investors. Diarmaid Murtagh (Sons of Liberty) will portray Connor, the head of security. Lois Chimimba (A Discovery of Witches) will portray Hannah, who is scared to death that her husband Mark (Eric Kofi-Abrefa, Harlots) will eventually leave her for a MatchDNA partner. Mark is a professional journalist. Pallavi Shard (Retrograde) will portray Megan, a pretty and charismatic acquaintance of Hannah.

Zoe Tapper (Liar) will portray Kate, a simple and sceptical inspector at the Metropolitan Police. Gregg Chillin (A Discovery of Witches) will portray Nick, an irreverent detective who works with Kate.
