Starz has cancelled The Rook. There will be no second season of the science fiction series that stars Emma Greenwell and Olivia Munn.
The series is based on the books of Daniel O'Malley. The science fiction series, which premiered in the United States on June 30, 2019, will not return for a second season at Starz. The first season, with Emma Greenwell and Olivia Munn in the lead, consists of eight episodes. Joely Richardson, Adrian Lester, Ronan Raftery, Catherine Steadman, Jon Fletcher, Shelley Conn and James D'Arcy also play a role in the first season of The Rook.

The Rook is an 8 part (mini) series. So would stick to 1 season anyway.
