The Runarounds is an American musical drama series which aired on Prime Video. The series premiered on September 1, 2025.
The series follows a tight-knit group of young adults from all walks of life who come together to form a rock band the summer after graduating from high school. Set against the backdrop of Wilmington, North Carolina, The Runarounds must choose between succumbing to the pressures of real life or risking everything to become the greatest band of all time.
Binged it twice. I really loved some of the songs, and the hardcore version of Amy Winehouse's Valerie was a real hit. The series is full of great moments. The Runarounds now have almost half a million monthly listeners on Spotify, haha!
