Release date for The Undoing starring Nicole Kidman

After the success of Big Little Lies, Nicole Kidman returns for a new HBO series called The Undoing. The first trailer has been released, and the release date has been revealed. The series is based on the book You Should Have Known, which was written by Jean Hanff Korelitz. The story revolves around Grace Sachs (Nicole Kidman). She has everything a person could ever dream of, a successful career as a therapist, a dedicated husband (Hugh Grant) and a son who's studying at an expensive private school in New York. But just before her first book is released, she has to deal with a family drama.

In November 2018 it was already revealed that Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant would star in a new HBO series. In March last year, it was revealed that Edgar Ramirez (American Crime Story) and Lily Rabe (American Horror Story) would also join the cast. The series will premiere on the 10th of May.



The series is created by the same team that created Big Little Lies. Nicole Kidman also had the leading role in Big Little Lies and she also served as an executive producer. This series has been conceived by David E. Kelley. He is responsible for writing the story. Susanne Bier will direct the series.
