The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air gaat over een jongen Will Smith die uit een achterbuurt komt van Philadelphia. Na een opstootje in zijn buurt stuurt zijn moeder hem naar zijn oom en tante die in de 'chique' buurt 'Bel-Air' van Los Angeles wonen. Hier merkt hij dat hij in een totaal andere wereld is terecht gekomen.

What a funny series about Will Smith, the series stars a boy from Philadelphia who has to live with his rich uncle, aunt, nieces and nephews in Bel-air (Los Angeles). That 'poor' boy is named Will Smith after the actor yourself.
