The X Files draait om de FBI-agenten Fox Mulder en Dana Scully die proberen een aantal onopgeloste en onverklaarbare FBI-zaken onder de naam X-files te op te lossen. Mulder gelooft in het paranormale, terwijl zijn partner Scully de verschijnselen wetenschappelijk benadert. Samen moeten zij bizarre zaken oplossen die door de FBI worden aangeduid als onoplosbaar, een X-file.

The series is great in my eyes. There are many actions present and the chemistry between Mulder (Duchovny) and Scully (Anderson) is perfect. I can hardly wait for the 10th season!

11 seasons, the first season of which started when I was barely 5 years old. It was only last year that I started looking at the story of Skully and Mulder. A great series, a fun story that grows deeper over the years. I really enjoyed all the seasons, although I thought the last season was a bit off, did they have less time to write? Less budget? But somehow it doesn't really feel like an X-Files story.

The first (2nd also reasonable) episode is still fine. Also fits the series as I know it. After that, however, it turns to a sad level. It is a pity that this good series does not get the sequel it deserves. Gillian and David act very well by the way, but unfortunately they are stuck with cheap stories. Hope that the last 2 episodes can add something positive to a, so far, disappointing comeback.

Great series, but the ending could have been better in my opinion. I thought the first feature Fight the Future was very good, but the second film I Want To Believe was very disappointing. I will certainly be curious about what those new 6 episodes will be that will be released in 2016.
