Tussen 4 Buren is a Belgium home and garden program which aired on Play4. The series premiered on August 14, 2023.

In the new, daily summer program 'Changing Rooms Flanders', Jani Kazaltzis goes in search of neighbors who want to take care of each other's house. The candidates change homes for two days to completely redo one of their neighbour's rooms. Would you like to give the worn-out living room a new youth, or would you rather put a dose of spice in the bedroom? However, the candidates are not alone, because Jani and co get the help of experienced interior designers and some handy Harry's so that everything is completed down to the last detail.
